Great Day Gardens

Rolling with the seasons and living in tune with the environment by providing pollinator and wildlife habitat, the Great Day Gardens philosophy is as healthy as the vegetables, herbs and fruits that grow on their land.

We offer pickup for online orders at four different times and places in Lynchburg and Forest each week.

We follow federal organic standards and go beyond this minimum standard.

Being a member of our CSA is a special commitment to eating healthy.

Everyday Fresh & Clean

Fostering soil, wildlife and ecosystem health is at the core of our mission as a farm. While we are not certified organic, we follow federal organic standards and go beyond this minimum standard. We produce our own compost, provide pollinator and wildlife habitat around the farm, use natural pest management, capture carbon with ample cover cropping, and respect soil life by minimizing tillage.

Because of this […]
