| Dreamin’ of CSA! It’s hard to believe it has been four months since our 2022 CSA season came to an end. If you’ve been missing your weekly bag of veggies and bread, we have great news for you! It’ll be back soon! Starting in May we will begin our 2023 CSA! That leaves only THREE months to secure your spot in our limited program. |
| Great Day CSA This year’s CSA:-Choose between Vegetable share, Bread share, Flower share, Pastured Meat Share *chicken and sausage*, and egg share or get all five! -25 weeks -Pickup on Wednesday/Thursday *depending on location* -10% off additional purchases through December -Access to many resources including print materials and our recipe archive -Facebook group for members and our farm team to collaborate and share resources -Only a $25 deposit! |
| Curious what you may get each week? Our vegetable CSA is farmer’s choice. This means it is up to Arden to decide what will be in each week’s bag. We do it this way because farming is conditional upon many factors. The vegetables we provide must be in great harvesting condition, plentiful enough to distribute to every CSA member and we want to make sure you have a good variety each week. As a rule we try to include an herb, a cooking green, a salad green, a storage crop, a root vegetable and several seasonal vegetables. Though we can’t predict what we will provide each week, look below to see what we are typically growing each month to get an idea! |

| What else you got? Though our vegetable share is the main course of our product line, we love being able to provide you with four additional options! These options can be purchased with the vegetable share or you can chose to forego the vegetable share entirely and select one or more of the ad ons instead! Bread Share: 25 weeks of bread! Our bread is made by hand in our bakery using our wood-fired oven. Each week you will receive a different loaf of bread or bread product (pizza crusts, pita pockets, etc.). Flower Share: Each week you will receive a bunch of flowers with 15-20 stems. The variety of flowers will differ each week based on what is blooming/in season. Pastured Meat Share: NEW! This year select a meat share through our collaboration with Restoration Acres Farm to receive or an alternating variety of one whole chicken, and sausage (one week’s share of sausage will consist of bulk and links). We hope this new change will keep your palette and family excited to see what’s for dinner! Egg Share: Through another farm collaboration with Mountain Run Permaculture we are excited to provide an egg share add on. Each week receive a dozen eggs from hens raised on pasture and supplemented non gmo feed. |
