GDG Farm Tour
We will be hosting a special farm tour with the Roanoke Foodshed on Monday, April 20th at 3-6 pm. Come join for snacks and a tour of our growing operation
First Day of Summer CSA
Our 2026 Summer CSA begins on April 29 and will run through August 22. That is 17 weeks of vegetables or other add-ons delivered to one of our three locations. Read more about our CSA program HERE.
Mother’s Day Plant Sale!
Join us on Sunday May 10 betweeen 11 am- 2 pm for our 9th annual Mother’s Day Plant Sale! There will be dozens of vegetable, fruit, flower, and herb varieties for sale along with several local artisan vendors and a self-guided farm tour! Bring your mom, you grandma, even your kids to celebrate Mother’s Day with beautiful scenery and plants that’ll make her neighbors jealous.

First Forest Farmers Market
Come visit us at the Forest Farmers Market beginning April 24! This market is special to us because it is only ONE MILE from the farm. You can not get more local than that! It is also a producer-only market. Being a producer-only market means the vendors can only sell products they have either made or grown themselves.

Mountain Run Jam
Save the date for Mountain Run Jam: In Celebration of Agriculture and the Arts on October 4-6, 2024 in nearby Sedalia, VA.
We are so excited to be one of this year’s Featured Farmers at Mountain Run Jam. We have always been a huge supporter of the festival and are thrilled to host a talk on “Creating a strong Farm Team.”

Land and Table
Land and Table is a community organization with a mission to revitalize the connections between local food, land, and community and create a thriving regional food system in the greater Lynchburg area. They host potlucks open to all every third Tuesday of the month.
