| Fall crops are back! Though the stock online is currently limited, we are so excited to bring back some of our cold-weather crops! Currently at market you can find lettuce mix, mighty mix, arugula, radishes, and salad turnips. We have several other veggies coming in soon such as watermelon radishes, purple top turnips, beets, carrots, cabbages, kale, bok choy and more! Stay tuned! |

| Vegetable Share: Sweet Peppers Cherry Tomatoes Scallions Dill Shishito Peppers Baby Bok Choy Mighty Mix Bread Share: Rugbrod At the far end of the spectrum, this is our densest, sourest, saltiest, most whole-grain bread! The traditional loaf from Denmark, made with rye, sunflower seeds and flax seeds. This one is made with a 48-hour fermentation and is the most digestible for those with gluten sensitivities who may be looking to try out a gluten-based bread again.The salt and acidity help preserve the bread, which can sit out on the cutting board for at least several days. It comes unsliced and is traditionally used for open-faced sandwiches. Try toasting it and topping with butter, cold cuts, fish, pickled vegetables, meat, or a strong cheese. Ingredients: Whole rye flour, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, sourdough starter, salt. Net Weight 2 lbs. 2 oz. |

| Curious about Mighty Mix? Our mighty mix is one of our “baby green” mixes we sell. Sold in third-pound and half-pound bags along with several other mixes, it can be hard to tell the difference. Our Mighty Mix is considered a spring mix. Unlike our Lettuce Mix, Mighty Mix has a bit more spice and flavor. We recommend eating this with a sweeter vinaigrette or adding some nuts or dried fruit in order to balance the bitter flavors of some of the baby greens. This spring we added edible flowers to our mighty mix, amping up the flavor even more. Though we cannot garauntee edible flowers this fall, we highly recommend giving this baby green mix a chance on your dinner table. Check out the photo below to see what all is included in the mix! |
