Fresh Winter Crops

| Happy New Year! While most farmers have to rely on a more seasonal calendar, we are fortunate this year to have full access to our new high tunnels! Bok Choy, Cilantro, Head Lettuce are coming fresh from the fields, with Napa Cabbage and Carrots in the cooler. We will have more crops for the rest of this entire month that are currently flourishing in their protected homes.
