You can place a pre-paid order for self-serve pickup at our Farm at 2261 Thomas Jefferson Road. Pickup is from 3 to 6 PM on Wednesdays ONLY. Orders will be placed in a cooler or on a table with customer’s name on it.
Rivermont Farmers Market **NEW!**
We will be moving our Boonsboro Shopping Center Pick-up just down the road in April 2026 to the Rivermont Farmers Market at First Christian Church, 3109 Rivermont Avenue. The Farm Truck and Slowpoke Sourdough, among other vendors, will attend a weekly Wednesday evening market at this location from 3-7 pm. You Can pick up your orders, CSA shares, or just shop and hang out.
Because our goods are perishable, you will not receive a refund if your order is not picked up on time. We are here year-round.
Saturdays
Lynchburg Community Market
We will be at the market with your order between 8 AM and 12 noon every Saturday.
Forest
From late April-November we will be at the Forest Farmers Market on Saturdays from 8-12. Look for our white tent with the Great Day Gardens sun logo, and ask for your order from our crew member.

Self-Serve Farm Stand
Swing by our farm at 2261 Thomas Jefferson Road to pick up freshly stocked vegetables, flower bouquets, eggs and more from our self-serve farm stand. The stand will be open from Dawn to Dusk every day. Produce will be kept in fridge. Write down in our log what you’ve purchased, total the listed prices and deposit cash or a check in our lockbox or transfer money to our Venmo account. Please be aware we have a friendly dog who will sometimes bark or chase your car when she is out. Please do not wander the property without permission.
To get an idea of what may be in stock, check out our online store. We restock the fridge on Wednesday afternoons, so this is the best time to swing by!
FAQ
Our online store is open 24/7, but we are updating the inventory by Sunday afternoon for Wednesday pickup, and by Wednesday afternoon for Saturday pickup. Supply is limited, and ordering at these times will ensure the maximum selection. Please do not order more than 3 days before pickup.
Orders are due by 9 PM Tuesday for pickup on Wednesday, and by 12 noon Friday for pickup on Saturday. After these times, you will not be able to select those locations.
Yes, we partner with Restoration Acres, a pasture-based chicken, pork and lamb producer for our Wednesday drop sites. You may order directly from their website and pick up simultaneously with your Great Day Gardens order at both Wednesday pickup locations.
We have a full selection for sale at the Lynchburg Community Market and Forest Farmers Market on Saturdays, and a moderate selection at Rivermont Farmers Market on Wednesdays. The on-farm stand is restocked on Wednesday with a selection of our more popular items. You get the best selection by ordering online, which allows you to reserve items before we sell out!
If it’s getting close to closing time and you have not showed, we will give you a call at the number you give at checkout. Orders for Rivermont and Downtown pickup must be picked up by the designated time and will not be refunded or available for pickup later.
For other locations, please contact us as soon as you realize you missed the pickup time. We can arrange a time for you to pick up your order at our Farm Stand in Forest.
