Description
1 lb of honey collected by bees on the farm in spring 2025! The dark amber color comes from the clover cover crop we grew! This honey came from bees managed by our friend Ben at Bee Happy Farms. He doesn’t use any synthetic chemicals, miticides, or fungicides in the hives. The honey is strained rather than filtered to keep the good beneficial pollen in it. And of course the bees are pollinating our flowers and cover crop which are non-gmo and free of nasty chemicals!
