Our potatoes are grown for several months in our fields and are harvested using a potato plow to bring the potatoes to the surface where they are collected by hand and washed in our root washer. Once dried they are packaged for orders and market. Potatoes are great for storage and can last for up to two months in a cool, dark shelf.
